This 1,650-square-foot commercial construction project involved the coordination and completion of multiple major building systems. Schwanz Construction managed the wood framing, metal roofing, LP composite siding, stone veneer accents, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry, interior painting, commercial entry doors, and exterior fencing. The finished building combines durable commercial-grade materials with a distinctive, professional exterior.

Schwanz Construction completed exterior and interior finishing work for two newly built single-family homes, each approximately 3,792 square feet. The project included asphalt roofing installation, vinyl siding with PVC architectural details, composite porch decking, and complete interior painting. Every phase was carefully executed to provide both homes with durable exterior protection and a clean, cohesive finish.

Blackstone Dr – Nashua, NH

Schwanz Construction completed a large-scale exterior renovation across three multifamily residential buildings. The project included the demolition and complete reconstruction of 52 second- and third-floor decks, replacement of 26 concrete slabs, and construction of new covered entrances for each building. The upgraded decks feature Trex composite decking, new pressure-treated framing, PVC-wrapped structural components, and Trex Transcend railings with black aluminum balusters, creating a durable and cohesive exterior throughout the property.

We're currently building a custom home in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, completing the structural framing, metal roofing, composite siding, and exterior finishes. The project is progressing well, with the final phase focused on the rear and rooftop composite decks, which will be completed soon. We're excited to share the finished result in the coming weeks.
